Announcing a NEW registration & Housing confirmation advertising option for ADHA exhibitors!
ADHA Annual Conference exhibitors are now able to target meeting attendees well in advance of the June 21st to June 23rd Conference in Louisville, KY via banner ads that appear on emailed registration & housing confirmation forms (see example below).
It’s $2,000 net for 2 standard size banners (160 X 600 and 728 X 90) that must be furnished with URL’s for tracking metrics.
One expanded size 1024 X 200 Pixel Banner is also available for purchase. This option provides maximum space for exhibitor messaging with the banner dominating the bottom of the housing confirmation form.
Pricing is $2,000 net for the large banner. Advertisers have the option of purchasing all three banner ad sizes for $3,000 net.
Accepted Banner formats are (PNG, PSD or JPEG).
