Announcing a NEW registration & Housing confirmation advertising option for ADHA exhibitors! 

ADHA Annual Conference exhibitors are now able to target meeting attendees well in advance of  the June 21^st to June 23^rd Conference in Louisville, KY via banner ads that appear on emailed registration & housing confirmation forms (see example below).

It’s $2,000 net for 2 standard size banners (160 X 600 and 728 X 90) that must be furnished with URL’s for tracking metrics.

One expanded size 1024 X 200 Pixel Banner is also available for purchase. This option provides maximum space for exhibitor messaging with the banner dominating the bottom of the housing confirmation form.

Pricing is $2,000 net for the large banner. Advertisers have the option of purchasing all three banner ad sizes for $3,000 net.

Accepted Banner formats are (PNG, PSD or JPEG).

Description: Advertiser to receive (2) run of site banners (top of page LB and bottom of page LB), live banner ads (must be approved by ADHA) and posted on the conference website until September 2019.

Description: This package includes 3-second splash page message, (3) push notification messages, home page icon, an enhanced exhibitor listing (a link to your company's website and any documents), and a map pin (a specific call out of your booth space on the show floor map).

Product showcase listing set at 150 work max. Pricing includes the listing with the company logo and website link.
